Who is PrimeSource Mortgage?
PrimeSource Mortgage, Inc. (PSMI) began its mortgage brokerage operation in 1991 in Texas.  Under the presidency of Jeffrey R. Smith, PSMI quickly became the leading mortgage company in the Southwest.  Today there are more than two dozen individually owned and operated offices nationwide.

Kurt Gass, CFO, reports that the network of branches will close an estimated 385 million dollars in home loans in 2007.  PSMI generates revenues by originating mortgage loans that are funded by more than 75 national lenders from whom we are able to obtain the most competitive rates available.  Therefore, our clients have the distinct advantage of accessing unique lending programs to better enhance their financing opportunities.
