Please ensure that your web browser is updated to the latest version for optimal performance.

Once you are logged in, you will receive unlimited access to content for as long as you are an active member. It will renew until you cancel, which you can do at any time.

Yes, your subscription will renew automatically on a monthly or yearly basis unless you cancel it 3 business days prior to your renewal date.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. You must cancel 3 business days prior to your renewal date to avoid being billed for the upcoming month.

Once you cancel, you lose active status at the end of your billing period. Should you choose to come back into Membership at a later date, you will be considered a new member and pay the current price for Membership.

Please shop mindfully as this is a digital membership and you receive access to all content immediately. Refunds are only granted within 7 days of your initial subscription activation. No. You will be assigned unique login information and training session access that are specific to you alone. Sharing with any other individual is not permitted.

Only inside of our ICAN Neuro System App. All Membership content is available to stream using Wi-Fi, mobile data, or a wired internet connection, or through the download option inside the app. It cannot be downloaded to your computer.
However, there are some “extras” that we will include from time-to-time that might be offered with a downloadable option.

Anytime we hold a training session, create a new class, add a new Neuro Tool, or offer additional content, you’ll see that reflected in your membership portal.
